The location was very convenient. Direct access to the mall and tourist attractions was a plus. staff were friendly, professional and helpful. the room was spacious and well kept, i found it very clean.

Unfortunately, valet service took my car and damaged it. resolution has not happened, the valet team were not willing to take responsibility for their mistake. access to the mall card got rectified after notifying reception. This process could have been smoother.

I enjoyed direct access to the mall and the staff was super friendly. The view of the fountain from the room was amazing. I found the location very convenient, and it made shopping so easy. The entire experience felt elevated and cared for.

The valet service damaged my car , which has not been resolved yet. The valet team has not taken responsibility for their mistake. This.

nice staffsmiling staff

the staff helped me a lot, especially joseph, who was very nice. amelia, the receptionist, was wonderful and the assistant sager too.. i also found the door staff very smiling and helpful.

i could hear too much noise from the 5th floor with fountain views at midnight.. sleeping was impossible until 3am.
